TLC University is in operation the following days and hours:
     HOURS: 6:00 am to 6:00 pm
     DAYS:  Monday-Friday
     HOLIDAYS:  We post the days we close 2 weeks in advance

We are licensed under Rule 3 by the State of Minnesota.  Our license is for:
    40 infants/toddlers
                Infants: 6 weeks to 16 months; ratio 1 to 4
                Toddlers:  16 months to 33 months; ratio 1 to 7
    59 Preschool/School-age
                 Preschool: 33 months to first day of Kindergarten; ratio 1 to 10
                 School-age: first day of Kindergarten to age 12; ratio 1 to 15
