Brief History

The owner is very proud of the fact that most of the staff are highly trained and have years of experience with us.  Most of the employees have been with the company for over 5 years. The company provides yearly educational opportunities to expand each employee's knowledge of child development and the current best practices for working with young children.

The focus on educational programing is a major focus.  Equally important is to be flexible for families.  This is why TLC University and Foley Falcon University charge for days scheduled only.  The Company believes that if Grandma comes to visit, or if the parents have time off from work or school, that the children should be home with the Grandma or parent.  So, the policy of "you pay for what you schedule" was born.  Further, the programs also provide children with opportunities.  The company offers classroom educational activities, transportation is provided to Foley Community Education activities, Foley School Readiness programs, and other activities that are available to the children in the Foley Community.  A partnership with parents with high quality programs that give parents the flexibility to meet their family needs is what TLC University and Foley Falcon University are all about.  Stop by and check us out.
